Returns
At Shree Jain Jari Store, we try to ensure that our products are securely packaged and reach you in proper condition. However, you have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it in case you have received a wrong/ damaged product or it is not what you expected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free. We will schedule a return pickup.
Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:
Certain Products / Services such as any order based item are non- returnable and Non Refundable: such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy.

Order Cancellation
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Shree Jain Jari Store has the absolute right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
Please remember that order based items cannot be cancelled once work has already been started on it.
